Feature improvements: Oracle Eloqua’s 25C quarterly update

As of Saturday, August 16, our campus instance has received the latest Eloqua Update, for the third time in 2025, aka 25C. There are more behind-the-scenes fixes and improvements than obvious user-centered updates this quarter. Still, there are a few nice improvements we think you will be glad to know about.

In the Assets>Images area, the Redwood interface now offers the popular thumbnail view for Images. You can now toggle between a list (file name) view and an icon/graphic view as was offered in the Classic interface. Many users may find this to be an immensely helpful and faster way to locate images in the library. And exact audience counts are now available in the Simple Campaign builder after you select your Segment.

There are new design editor interfaces being rolled out for the Email Header & Footer, Shared Content and Dynamic Content features.  If any of you use email Signatures, the layouts for those have also been converted to a design editor interface (instead of the prior text-only editor). These may be a window into how the new Email design canvas might work in Redwood. We have heard inklings that the new Email Design Canvas is coming soon, perhaps as soon as the first update in 2026, though we cannot confirm that yet. Stay tuned!
