Oracle Eloqua System Updates: August 21, “26C”
Nothing too major…
As of Saturday, August 22, our campus instance has received the latest Eloqua updates, for the third time in 2026, known as “26C.” For those of you new to Eloqua, Oracle updates the application four times each year to provide feature enhancements, bug fixes and other adjustments.
Here’s what was updated this quarter:
- Redwood User Experience for Eloqua (IOW: the way Eloqua looks on screen)
There is a new Campaign Canvas in early preview. The Marketing Automation team is currently reviewing this before we make it available more widely. It is intended to be a cleaner interface and simplified navigation for Multi-step Campaigns.
Oracle also reports fixes to a variety of customer-reported interface issues with Redwood. - Auto-Click tracking:
Oracle is making enhancements to auto-click detection that will evaluate click sequences using multiple signals, providing more accurate engagement data. The marketing automation team is also reviewing this before making it available across our instance. - Dynamic Content Reporting Enhancements: Email activities added to the dynamic content subject area with new metrics like total delivered, opens, and bounce backs.
In essence, this recent update did not contain a lot of “Earth-shattering” updates, and we’ll keep you in the loop if that changes as we move forward through the rest of this year. The next application update is scheduled for November, 2026, with more details and exact timing to be announced.
