This newly added Eloqua Insight Report will offer a monthly breakdown of auto-generated metrics (auto opens and auto clicks, a.k.a. “non-human”) by campaign. It features data visualizations to show a comparison for open and click activities. To find this new report, navigate to Insight>Catalog>Shared folders>Campaign>Auto Activity Analysis.
This is in response to Apple’s 2021 email privacy handling changes and the effect those had on the opens we see in our Eloqua instance.
