Cloud Customer Connect Replaces Topliners

Oracle has an online user community for each of its applications that allows users to pose questions, submit new ideas, and learn from other users. It gives you a voice to become part of the conversation, part of the process and part of the solution.  The community formerly known as Topliners is now called Oracle Customer Connect, and while it does require you to create a new user account, it is a free service that you can use to keep up with the world of Eloqua. 

The UW-Madison Marketing Automation team actively participates in these conversations and monitors new developments and feature requests so you don’t have to. Still, this resource is available to you, should you want to follow Eloqua more closely or learn how others are using the application outside of our UW-Madison configurations.  

If you were familiar with the former Topliners “Dream It” section, where you could suggest product enhancements, that feature of the community is now called Idea Lab.  It looks like many of the historic requests in this area have been moved to the new Idea Lab area.
