Large Uploads: Special Handling Needed
Are you uploading more than 5,000 Contacts at a time?
If so, would you please:
- Wait until end of workday or upload on weekends
- Avoid Mondays: Upload contacts and send email on other days
- Upload Early: Allow up to 4 hours before seeing or mailing to your contacts
- Allow more time for larger Campaigns to reach inboxes
Thank you! This helps our instance run more smoothly for our many campus users.
If you upload a large list outside these guidelines, we may remove it from the Contact Label process and ask you to re-upload it at a better time. If you know when you need your list to be ready, you can contact us to get a recommendation for when to plan your upload.

Find Your Folder
Taking the time to save your files to your department or program’s folder and adding any new subfolders under your main folder, rather than in the “ALL” folder helps keep our busy instance free of clutter for all of us on campus. Your peers thank you in advance for using your main department folder and taking the time to carefully save your assets in the correct folder.
HTML Image Export: It’s Fixed!
You may have heard, Eloqua had been experiencing a bug when exporting HTML from an Email to create a Landing Page. The images were not displaying correctly when performing this action in the Chrome browser, but this has now been rectified by Oracle.
