Thank you for your patience with some of the recent Eloqua login hiccups. Those issues have been resolved. While the login process was not optimal, this was not officially considered an outage by Oracle.  

Here’s what you can do if you do suspect an Eloqua Outage (or challenge) with our campus instance:

• Monitor/ check for outages on the DoIT Outages Site–Eloqua.
• Add an inquiry on our Marketing Automation TEAMS User Group.
• Email marketingautomation@wisc.edu.

The Marketing Automation team will send official word for these time-sensitive situations via our all-Eloqua users Google Group. This group is automatically created by those who have Eloqua access via their NetID login at UW–Madison. If you are hearing from us via this group and you are no longer an Eloqua user, please feel free to reach out to us so we can remove your license, which will not include you in future messages.
