Oracle’s New Redwood User Experience to Come This Year

Oracle is rolling out a new User Experience (UX), called Redwood, across its cloud applications, including Eloqua. More than just a color and font refresh, Redwood is also a functionality and feature enhancement.

We are excited for this long-anticipated change, though it won’t take effect for our campus instance until later in the year. Get a sense for what the experience will be like in this Redwood UX “sneak peek” video overview by Oracle’s product team:

The UW-Madison Marketing Automation team will be developing training materials and holding some of our own training sessions on the new platform to help our campus transition smoothly.  We are making plans with regard to timing and support resources for the transition.

We anticipate the complete release of the new Redwood UX to be complete by the end of 2023 or early 2024, though Oracle has not yet officially announced a time for the changeover to be complete. We will keep you posted with more information as we receive it.
