Latest Training Options: Asynchronous Beginner and Advanced Webinars

New, Two-Part Beginner Eloqua Training via Canvas LMS
We’ve been offering a new two-part training and onboarding system since June. Part one consists of an online asynchronous course via the UW-Madison Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) that covers the basics of how to manage Contacts, create an Email and send an email message out with a Simple Campaign. The course includes quizzes and practical exercises to help new users better harness the many details needed for success.  The course can take anywhere from 3-4 hours, depending on the learning style and level of the trainee.

Part two is a live (synchronous) session covering how to use the Contact Label, determining Email Groups, answering any questions or gaps from the Canvas LMS course, and any other unique needs of the department and user group.

We are also offering the online training to previously onboarded users who would like a refresher. Current Eloqua users, or new users to an already-established department configuration can stop after Part 1 if needed. Email us if you want to give it a whirl!

First Advanced Training Webinar: Events with Multi-step Campaigns
We held a two-part webinar in July detailing how to combine Eloqua Forms, Landing Pages and Multi-step Email Campaigns to invite and manage attendees for one-time simple events. The response and participation was excellent.  To view the recordings and access resources, go to
