As we mentioned in our May newsletter, Oracle is rolling out a new User Interface for Eloqua, called Redwood. It is now partially available under a Controlled Availability(CA) program, which means users can choose to turn the new look on or off as needed. As of now, there are just two new UI features our UW-Madison users can access: the My Eloqua home page and the Contacts area.
Our Admin team has been granted access to CA and we think you’re going to like how it makes better use of wide screens on desktops and presents the features in an updated graphic approach.
We’d now like to offer all of our UW-Madison users the ability to try Redwood via Controlled Availability. Opting in will give you the ability to toggle back and forth between the current and new interfaces, while not disrupting or affecting any of your assets, campaigns, or other Eloqua features. Both interfaces sit atop the very same Eloqua, so if there are users in your department who are not yet interested, you can still access the very same underlying features and data without a problem.
If you’d like to opt in to the Eloqua Redwood Controlled Availability program, let us know by submitting a request.
