The Marketing Automation support team has been creating a new Eloqua Beginner training course on the Canvas Learning Management System. We are going through final testing of the course now, and are looking forward to offering it to new beginning users and also to those who would like a review of the basics. We hope to launch the Canvas course training sometime later this month.
This is part of our overall plan to offer more support for UW–Madison Eloqua users’ advanced needs, helping develop and strengthen Eloqua Email and Campaign expertise.
We also will be starting to offer live webinar training sessions for more advanced Eloqua features like Multi-step Campaigns, event invitation management; Forms and Landing Pages; Insight reporting, and others by request. We are also planning to host regular Eloqua user meet-ups of campus user groups to enhance our support umbrella with user-to-user connections.
