Make It Accessible with New Eloqua Template

For email to remain an effective means of communication, it needs to be accessible and usable. We’ve partnered with the Center for Usability to bring their Email Accessibility Guide closer to you as a Template in our Eloqua instance.  You can view the Accessibility Guide and Template and though you cannot edit the Template itself, [click “accept” to pass the permissions warning] once you view it in Eloqua, you will subsequently find it in your “New and Recent” options in the Template Chooser.

The ultimate “source of truth” for how to make your email more accessible remains: the Make it Accessible Guide.  We have brought some of the most relevant information right into Eloqua, as a way to share this information more fully in our email tool itself.  Check out this Email Accessibility Guide (and Template).   Feel free to reference it and/or use it to make an email right from the guide, then add/edit/change with your own departmental content.

If you’d like to brush up with more information on Accessibility, you might also read through the information on Plain Text Email Accessibility and Content Design as well.
