Whoa! Please wait until late afternoon or early evening

Are you planning to upload a list of more than 5,000 Contacts? We’d like to ask you to please:

• Wait until end of workday or weekends 
• Avoid Mondays: Upload contacts and send email on other days
• Upload Early: Allow up to 4 hours (or ideally more) before seeing or mailing to your contacts 
• Allow more time for larger Campaigns to reach inboxes

Thank you! This helps our Eloqua instance run more smoothly for our many campus users. 

If you upload a large list outside these guidelines, it can interfere with your colleagues’ label assignment, preventing email messages from going out. To mitigate this, the Marketing Automation team may need to remove it from the Contact Label process and ask you to re-upload it at a better time. If you know when you need your list to be ready, you can contact us to get a recommendation for when to plan your upload.
