New Help Docs in the KB

New Articles: Anchor Links and Social Media Icons

The Marketing Automation team maintains a set of help documents called the Eloqua Knowledge Base (KB). These how-to docs can help you self-serve and get an Eloqua task done at any time of the day. We’ve got two new Knowledge Base Articles to help with the details:

  • Learn how to make the Anchor/Jump Links in your own Eloqua Emails and
  • Find the right Social Media icon faster and more easily!

Anchor/Jump Links in Eloqua Emails

While using these jump/anchor links does require using Eloqua’s “custom code” option in the design builder, once you become familiar with the simple formula, the method is fairly straightforward. And once you have created an email with this custom code, remember you can save it up to a Template to be easily adapted for future emails and shared with others. Read the complete instructions for making anchor links.

Social Media Icons

Need up-to-date social media icons for your emails? We’ve now got a comprehensive set of various files and color combinations. Peruse the options in this KB document. And you can find the original files right within Eloqua Images in a folder titled, “SOCIAL MEDIA ICONS.”

When faced with an Eloqua challenge, we encourage you to always first check the KB for tips or complete instructions, but if you find yourself spinning your wheels, we invite you to reach out to us for assistance.
