The Marketing Automation team is implementing a larger text size in all of our email Footers to improve visual accessibility as set forth in the campus Digital Accessibility Policy. We will be working through editing all of these assets in the coming weeks to adjust all text size to 16px. As a reminder, individual users and departments do not have edit access to this area of Eloqua, to adhere to CAN-SPAM legislation, as well as best practices.
While individual Eloqua users have discretion over the body text size, the Center for User Experience recommends using a minimum text size of 16 pixel (12 point) in the body of your emails as well. Refer to the Make It Accessible Guides for more details on how you can make your email messages as inclusive and accessible as possible.
