Oracle continues to adjust, update and improve the Redwood user interface for Eloqua with a smattering of hot fixes (to repair bugs) and responses to user requests. The “25A” Eloqua product release (the first of four to come this year) went live on Feb 15 at 6 am, and here are highlights:
- Added of folder path breadcrumbs
- Created Segment and Forms Template management
- New Shared List editor
- Updates to the contact record foldout and other refinements based on customer feedback
The Markteing Automation team has also provided feedback to Oracle regarding the departmental Email Group Header and Footer not populating by default when making a new email in the design editor. Until that improves, we recommend moving past the initial email creation modal to the Design Canvas without yet setting your Email Group. Then, in the Design Canvas, choose the Email Group in the Settings tab (the “gear” icon) in the left sidebar, which will then populate the prescribed header and footer for your department.
Thank you for your patience, and let us know if you have any questions about this.
