A little spring cleaning clears your path
Here’s our friendly spring reminder to take a moment to streamline your Eloqua experience by deleting or archiving any unused assets.
Email assets can be archived (recommended) or deleted. Moving them to a folder for “old/unused” items can also work well as an intermediary step. Segments and Shared Lists that are no longer needed can be deleted (the individual contacts in them remain in the database), but Campaigns and Images cannot be deleted—moving these to a particular folder is another option to keep things looking tidy.
When in doubt, archiving any unneeded assets is the best course of action. To Archive an email, you can click the three dots when viewing the asset in the folder list and then choose, “Archive.” Here, in rich detail, is a description by Oracle as to what exactly Archiving means in Eloqua.
